Tuesday was great! As always I came out of the event full of enthusiasm and wanting to take action. I met some great people and really enjoyed the friendly athmosphere.
Simon was excellent, I really enjoyed the exercice of writing down what I would do if money and time were not a problem – Simon talked to us in a way that I really actually imagined myself in that position, and what a big smile I had on my face! Thank you Sue for The secret, I have started watching it and totally agree with the material and find it inspirational.
I also got to ask lots of questions to the guys from Clifton Mortgage Solutions -Cheers Gareth!- who do know lots and lots.
Ok now, I’m off to France for Easter, I hope to see you in numbers at next month’s SWPN!
Cheerio!

This was my first property network meeting, and I felt welcomed immediately.  I recognised Ben, from his picture on the site, I was immediately welcomed by him which made me feel immediately comfortable.  He introduced me to Barry his business partner and to two investors Sue and Nick. I thought how positive it felt after no more than ten minutes of walking through the door.

Simon Zutshi was inspiring.  As it came to a close I was ready to network, but Ben did something I wasn’t expecting, he invited me to the front and with the help of Simon, drew out one of my long term goals, which was to pay cash for a nice farmhouse, with land in Portugal, close to the silver coast.  So they set me some small goals to chunk it down and set me on my way before the next meeting, which was to meet 5 investors and they also identified I should work towards selling leads, so as not to tie up too much cash in my own property investments. So if you are reading this and you are ‘time poor,’ and need me to search BMV leads for you, you can contact me at kwesi2020@blueyonder.co.uk

Great, without this motivation I could have just gone home, read more books, searched for more info on the net, and not been that active.  You can’t really learn to ride a horse by reading a book, so it was great to have something practical to work on before the next meeting.  So if there are others like me, who are really interested in taking action, then I would recommend joining us at next months meeting.

Thanks guys

“I found the SWPN event to be really useful, I met lots of experienced, knowledgable investors that were willing to chat and offer pointers which I found to be invaluable. I’ll certainly be a regular attendee, I found it a great place to meet contacts and gather information, as well as offering the potential to develop some affiliate and joint venture schemes with some of the other members to further grow my business.”
